One Hyde Park is a luxury residential development of 82 apartments and four penthouses on a prominent site in Knightsbridge, adjacent to Hyde Park.
The building consists of four separate pavilions of varying heights up to thirteen storeys, offering apartments with views over both Hyde Park and Knightsbridge. Apartments range in size from single bedroom units to large, multi-level penthouses. The principal Reception space, central facilities and small retail units are located at ground level with three levels of basement providing residents’ leisure facilities, secure parking and plant room.

The practice was appointed as Interior Architect and lead consultant for the interiors. This included the design, procurement and construction of the apartment fit-outs as well as of the residents’ leisure facilities in the basement (including a spa and health centre) and the reception and management suite at ground floor level.
